Whereby, having recited:- firstly, the mortgage rehearsed in PA 353/1/3; secondly, that the £110 principal was still owing with interest: therefore Susanna and John Holmes (of Allesley, Warws., widow and innholder, executors of Edward [I] Holmes), in consideration of £130 (whereof £110 forms the principal's pay-off) and an additional 5/- from Zachary Stanford (of Allesley, yeoman), assign to Z. Stanford (at the request of J. Patrick sen., described as in PA 353/1/3) the messuage.
