Thanking them for their missive of the 11th.; in manuscript they add that they send their part of the contract with the deposit-cheque; their client is anxious to complete the deal by the 28th., they require an abstract by return of post and assume that the vendor will hold a fire policy in trust for the purchaser until completion.
