Description:

Informing him that J. Topps' personal representatives accept: firstly, that Warws. County Council will pay £300 for compensation; secondly, that the council will erect a fence on the new boundary-line by the Fillongley Rd. cottage; thirdly, that the council will erect a similar fence at Hampton Rd. corner; and fourthly, that the council will pay the claimants' surveyor's 12 gn. fee, and legal costs.
