Description:

(Made on a Ministry of Transport form) whereby, having recited:- firstly, that J. Smith and M.K. Jude (described as in PA 353/10/3) own the first-scheduled property (identical with that of PA 353/10/6); secondly, that the land is required for a trunk road: therefore, in consideration of £150, firstly, Smith and Jude (as trustees for sale) convey the land to the Ministry of Transport; secondly, the £150 includes compensation-money; thirdly, the vendors acknowledge the purchaser's right to production of the second-scheduled deeds (viz. three conveyances and one probate, 4th. Oct., 1920 to 17th. Aug., 1934); fourthly, no stamp duty is payable.
