[Of 102, Colmore Row, Birmingham 3] in the matter of Randle Radiators Ltd. Randles are radiator-manufacturers in Coventry and Riley is a manufacturers' agent; his employment with them ceased on receipt of a letter from the firm (c.Apr., 1933). However, on 21st. Apr., 1933 Randles sent a letter to Riley suggesting an open agreement; Riley thought this too nebulous, so Randles purported to end the agreement via their letter of 29th. June, 1934; some of the subsequent correspondence, being headed "without prejudice", is unavailable for litigation; he considers Riley has been inefficient.
