Description:

Informing them that his client company wishes to buy 275, 277, 279, the Vale, Acton solely to let them to the recipients' client, and he encloses 353/36/5,8 and a copy of the restrictive covenants; there is an agreement with the railway company about a small piece of land (as shown on a formerly-accompanying plan); the building is his clients' but the rental would be paid to the railway company for the site-tenancy: 353/36/8's £2,000 refers to the rent payable under the tenancy-agreement; if a fresh agreement is made by the railway [with Coventry Climax], the £26 ground-rent for the building would be deducted therefrom.
