(To be attached to an agreement made on 9th. Oct., 1942 between the L.M.S.R. Co. and the London Gauge Tool and Engineering Co. Ltd. concerning land at High St., Acton, London, W.3; to which main deed are already affixed (a) a 21st. July, 1946 agreement made by the same parties for other Acton land, (b) a 20th. Feb., 1947 memorandum assigning the engineering-tool company's interest to G. Beaton & Co., and (c) a memorandum identical with 353/36/2) whereby, having stated that the L.M.S.R.'s undertaking is now vested in the British Transport Commission, Worth Perfumes Ltd.'s interest is vested from 24th. June, 1954 in Coventry Climax Engines Ltd. (described as in 353/36/8), paying 10/- stamp-duty.
