Between Yewfield Estate Ltd. (of 102/104, Hammersmith Rd., Hammersmith, London) and Coventry Climax Engines Ltd., firstly, for lease of 275, 277 and 279, the Vale, Acton, Mdx. as comprised in 353/36/3 and described in a plan [not herewith] to run for 21 years from 29th. Sept., 1953, paying £1,975 p.a. quarterly; secondly, the tenants to pay a £1,000 premium; thirdly, the lease to be in a format agreeable to both parties; and fourthly, the lease and its counterpart to be prepared by Yewfield's solicitors at the tenants' expense and sealed by 26th. Aug., 1950.
