Whereby, in consideration of £60 paid to the Little Heath Working Men's Club and Institute Ltd., Little Heath, by Frank Baseley (of 36, Spring Rd., Foleshill, Warws., painter), David Orrell (of 104, Little heath Rd., Coventry, fitter's superintendent, vendor) and the club convey to Baseley a piece of land (part of a piece conveyed to the vendor by a deed of 2nd. Dec., 1916, made with Ernest Wyatt Wigley and Arthur Edmund Mayo) near Elmsdale Ave., Little Heath (identified on a supposedly-annexed plan as plots 1 - 3 with hedge and ditch on the south), together with right to use of the 9 ft. -wide roads from Elmsdale Ave. into and through the allotments. The purchaser covenants not to use the land so as to be a nuisance to the club and will pay his proportion of the 9 ft.-wide roads' upkeep-expenses; the vendor acknowledges the purchaser's right to production of copies of deeds.
