Title: Draft of letter from Coventry-Eagle to Haywards
Description:

Furthering the discussion in their missive of 23rd. Mar.; the failure of the 250 c.c. [engine's] design is costly, but they will continue to take the balance of the 147 c.c. order provided Mr. Hayward guarantees to stand expenses when the larger engine becomes popular - thus Haywards would credit Coventry-Eagle with the complete unit if the 250 c.c. remains troublesome, but that order is cancelled.
