Draft deeds etc. relating to property in Badsey, Bengeworth, Birlingham, Bredon, Evesham, Fladbury, Great & Little Hampton, Harvington, North and South Littleton, Offenham, Pendock, Powick, and Worcester (all Worcestershire); Alderton, Aston Underhill, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham, Childswickham, Cow Honeybourne, Deerhurst, Dymock, Long Marston, Pebworth, Tewkesbury, Twyning, Winchcombe and Woodmancote (all then Gloucestershire, some now Worcestershire and Warwickshire), c1764-1832; leases of tolls on the turnpike roads from Evesham-Worcester and Overbury to the Evesham-Pershore road, 1823-29; award in bankruptcy against Charles Harris of Alcester, with related papers, 1829; legal papers concerning the tithes of Salford Priors (Warks), (1607)-1832; auctioneers advertisements and conditions of sale of property in Badsey, Bewdley, Evesham, Great Hampton, Littleton, Offenham and Overbury (all Worcs), Cheltenham (Glos) and Childswickham (Glos), 1824-34; legal papers concerning disputes involving William Law Phelps, solicitor, of Evesham, mostly concerning a case brought by Betsy Oliver of Puckrup (Glos). All from the Phillipps Collection, and apparently originally from the office of Blayney & Phelps/ Phelps and Savage in Evesham
