If said Richard or his sons leave only issue female, said Thomas and Peter Butler shall provide them with honorable sustentation. As his seal is unknown to many, the grantor has procured the seal of Nicholas, bishop of Lismore and Waterford, to be affixed, 20 July 35 Hen. VIII.
