This series consists of letters written mostly to the Secretary of the Diocesan Registry concerning a wide range of subjects. Material includes letters returning curate licences upon the resignation of the curate (together with the licences themselves); correspondence relating to the appointment and resignation of officials; letters requesting information from documents held in the registry; letters from the Bishop asking advice on matters of procedure, such as licensing; letters requesting commissions to act in the Bishop's absence.
