2. William Trollope of Thurlby [by Bourne], gent., servant to the Earl.

 

Consideration: surrender by 2, of a former lease, dated 19th October 1599 for the lives of Thomas and John Trollope, his sons [Thomas is still alive]; £33 6s. 8d..

 

Twenty acres of pasture, meadow and arable land in the fields and territories of Bourne; also a third part of a close called Colehouse Close, containing 1 acre 1 rood 6 perches; a third part of 1 acre of meadow in Newland; a third part of a close called Friar Barre, all in Bourne, lately in the tenure of Edward More of Bourne.

 

For the lives of William, Jonas and James, sons of 2.

 

Rent p.a. 23s. 4d. [total].
