--Repeating their order of the previous year that he should call upon his deputy Lieutenants to make search for, and take up all straggling seamen, seeing that in the present hazardous state of affairs, when attempts may be made to invade the kingdom, it is absolutely necessary that his Majesty's fleet should be equipped immediately.
