Description: |
--Is very sure that he went not forth of his lodging in the morning of Wednesday, the day after he reached London; save across the street to Mr. Abbott's the grocer, whence he returned instantly. Sent to see if his brother dined at home, but finding that he did not; his servant fetched him some mutton and porridge and a piece of beef from a cook's shop, and he dined alone. First met his brother that afternoon by chance, not appointment, in Drury Lane. Signed by deponent. Also by Sir Henry Hobarte, Sir Francis Bacon, and Clement Edmondes. |
