--Hoping that his Lordship has reached Middelburch safely, and has recovered from the jaundice, in which case he may use the remedies according to his prescription, but the jaundice should first be entirely got rid of, towards which end he doubts not but that Dr. Lovell has used his best endeavours. Sends half a dozen of his pills, for use when needed, and a dozen gold buttons with pearls, weighing altogether three ounces and a quarter, for which his Lordship will please pay his cousin, the bearer. [The rest of the letter is concerning some work of art which he is having executed for his Lordship.]
