Ostend.--Sir John Conway, Sir Charles Blundt, Sir Edward Norres, Captain Anthony Wingfield, Capt. Sotherman [Suderman], to supply the place of Capt. Procers [Prothers].

 

Brill.--Captain Brett.

 

Flissinghe.--Capt. Richard Wingfield, Capt. Hynder, Capt. Fulford.
