--Stating that some time ago, certain of their companies, and with them the company of M. de Sidney, took, upon neutral ground, a number of oxen belonging to Gerret Van Rhee, merchant and citizen of Wezel. This being against the laws of neutrality, they have insisted on their companies recompensing him for his loss, and pray his Lordship to give orders that M.
