Thanks him for his bond for £500 for which he will send a receipt. His son has an appointment as a classics master in a local academy. He would have liked him to enter the legal profession but this is beyond his means. The Chancery suit is over but their money not yet paid to them. Their eldest daughter is returning from Spetisbury in the summer, who with their second daughter has been absent since 1826. Theresa is very intelligent and wishes to take the veil. The youngest Frances is at home as attendance at a local day school was affecting her manners and morals.
