Mary Isabella Tunstall, Liverpool to FFT, Bosworth Hall

 

Her husband has an opportunity of joining into partnership with a mercantile concern if he can raise £500 or £600. She begs F.F.T. to use his influence with the Earl of Shrewsbury in order to save an old and respected family. She thanks him for his provision of education for her eldest daughter but is worried about her son's future when he leaves school. Her sister Miss Catherine Trappes will stand as security with Mr. Tunstall in any loan. Mrs. Tunstall, her mother in law is losing her faculties although well in body. Gives good wishes to George's new child.
