Thanking FFT for his kind attention to Robert, and for his order for spirits which have been despatched by Pickford's boat, and commenting on a heavy snowfall, "Old Traffords" rumoured bequest to each of his daughters of £26,000, the admiration of Miss Tempest at Cheltenham, Mr. James Weld's hunting accident, the Duke of Norfolk "hurrying fast to Kingdom come" and has seen Dr. Milner, and the visit of Princess Charlotte of Wales to the monks of Latrappe at Lulworth.
