Lamenting that Mr. Witham has not yet undertaken "his Canonical Mission" and proceeded to Bosworth. He adds a postscript "My little seminary of Oscot not being able to supply a Priest, perhaps Ushaw, where you have a son, may furnish one, perhaps Stonyhurst or the Body of the Benedictines whose Superior is Dr. Brewer of Wooton near Liverpool."
