Henry Turvile, Grays Inn to FFT, Bosworth

 

Surprised to hear that his father proposes to place him under the control of a priest. Wishes to become a farmer. Says he expects to be in better society in a farmer's family than in that of a priest. Asks his father's help but says if it is not forthcoming he will help himself as he is resolved never to live with a priest again.
