Regretting that George's eye is no better, mentioning that he has much travelling to do and he is to accompany Lord and Lady Shrewsbury to Alton Lodge in July, after which he is to proceed north to meet Mr. Canning and visit the Eastern Part of Scotland; he declines an invitation to stay at Bosworth, comments on the elections and asks if Turvile has heard that Mr. Collingdridge, a friar, has been appointed coadjutor to Mr. Sharrock.
