William Gore Langton, Albermarle St., London to FT.

 

Has sent his son's name to the Duke of Marlborough. The qualification for his commission is that he is heir to an estate at Idbury to the yearly value of £200. Advises him as to uniform and military accoutrements. Wishes him to join the regiment as soon as possible.
