Pleased that her sister (Mrs. T.) is recovering and sorry that the little girl has been lost. Recommends Old Hall Green school which her son attends. Her husband will send FFT the account for some varnish he bought for him. Account of Charles Brown's seizure in his own house at St. Omer when the French took him into his wife's room, 3 days after she had had a baby, with drawn swords which alarmed her so much that she became ill and the baby died. The 2 bishops of Brails put into chains and taken from Dunkirk to Arras.
