Charles Dormer to FFT, Bosworth

 

The family much concerned at the death of John Talbot's wife. The Bishops in the House of Lords opposed to toleration to Catholics. Asks him to come up to the meeting on June 9th and to leave his building to continue. News of his sister Fanny's betrothal. Has bought a copy of the "Vie Privee du Marechal de Richelieu". The way round paying postage on French publications is to have them sent to one's house addressed to a private member.
