Lease of mines, veins etc of lead and lead ore, booze, smythorm, calk, calamine and black jack coal excepted under the property of Henry Unsworth, Thomas Unsworth, Miles Gerrard, Robert Mangnall, John Holt, Samuel Pilkington, John Berry, John Darbishire, Alexander Gerard, William Clayton, Cornelius Winstanley, Thomas Morris, James Morris and Thomas Fishwick in the township of Anglezarke, with rights of working and washing with detailed clauses concerning technical mining matters and a Schedule of the tenants as listed above with the names of their estates and acreages.

 

Rent: £1 5s 0d. for every ton of lead ore etc., 15s. for each ton of calk and calamine to make brass of and 7s. 6d. for each ton of black jack, further 1/8 part of the value of all metals not enumerated in the terms of the lease
