Lease for 999 years - for 5/-: (i) Thomas Lathom of Irelom, esq., to (ii) John Bradley of Rivington, gent., and Roger Finch of Rivington, yeoman -- mansion house "Hawthorne" in County Palatine of Chester, the demesne lands and messuages in Pownall Fee, Winslowe, Fullshawe and Chorley -- to guarantee the above bargain and sale, and bargain and sale on same day of messuage and lands and the other moiety of waste lands and cottages to R.F. Term to begin when they are evicted. Annual rent one peppercorn.
