Several small areas of text lost or illegible.] 2 adjoining tenements with gardens in Bacon Street, Lichfield, in the occupations of Richard Lapley and Thomas Wright and formerly occupied by Richard Wilcoxe and Widow Harris. Lying between Bacon Street and the succentor and vicars' close called 'Sopers Croft' and between the succentor and vicars' lands on two sides. For a term of 21 years. For annual payments of 7s 4d ancient rent and 2s augmented rent, both payable as specified. Right of re-entry if payment in arrears. Conditions on repairs and other conditions. The grant is made in consideration of the surrender of the previous lease, dated 8 Dec 1609, made between the succentor and vicars and John Millington of Lichfield, baker. Succentor and vicars' part of indenture. Dorothy's signature on plica. Given at Lichfield [Staffordshire]. Endorsed with description in 17th cent hands.
