Parties: 1) William Richardson of Burnby, gentleman 2) Richard Wandesford of Pickall, gentleman Property: tenement and 11 oxgangs of arable land, meadow and pasture and appurtenances, Wyaneman Hill Flatt, Burneholme Fields containing 9 lands, parcel of meadow called the Doama and 3 Lees called Harding Lands and 5 roods of meadow at the north end thereof, 2 dovecotes 2 windmill with appurtenances - all in Burnby. Also 6 cottages with the garths, orchards and appurtenances thereto belonging in Burnby Witnesses: Henry Outlawe, Desmond Fortescue, Robert Scruton
