Services were being conducted in Mill End in 1905 and until 1910 this society formed part of the Watford circuit.

 

In 1958 Mill End transferred back to Watford from the Chalfont and Chesham circuit. The church was at this date in Springwell Avenue. It was closed in 1964 on the opening of the new church in Berry Lane.
