Administrative / biographical background: |
A Wesleyan Methodist congregation had formed in Kings Langley by 1866. At this date it was attached to the St Albans circuit (see NM5). In 1886 it became part of the newly constituted Hemel Hempstead circuit (see NM3) until 1904 when it was transferred to Watford. The chapel was rebuilt in 1935. |
