Between Anne Halsey, widow of Thomas Halsey late of Great Gaddesden, Hertford, esq, and Henshaw Halsey of the same, esq, son of Thomas Halsey, 1st. Dame Judith Waite, widow of Sir Nicholas Waite, late of Chertsey Abbey, Surrey, kt, and Jane Waite, daughter of Sir Nicholas Waite, 2nd, John Dod of Woodford, Essex, doctor in physic, and Henry Waite of London, merchant, brother of Sir Nicholas Waite, 3rd, Thomas Halsey of London, merchant, brother of Henshaw Halsey, and Thomas Lewis of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, gentleman, 4th, and John Ellis of St Giles' in the Fields, Middlesex, esq, and William Becher of Howberry, Bedford, esq, 5th, on the marriage of Henshaw Halsey with Jane Waite. Anne Halsey and Henshaw Halsey release to John Dod and Henry Waite the manor of Pulham, otherwise Cannings Court, Pulham, the advowson of Pulham Church and property in West Pulham and East Pulham, Dorset, Welshampton, Salop, Tudeley, Capel, Hadlow and Brenchley, Kent, and Great Gaddesden, Hertford, in trust for the said marriage.
