Between William Henry Nares of Straloch near Aberdeen, Captain R N, George Hume of Dorset Square, Middlesex, esq, and George Boughton Hume of No 10 Great James Street, Bedford Row, Middlesex, gentleman, (exors of the will of John Hawkins late of Balams [Redbourn], esq,) and Francis Nares of the Athenaeum Club, Pall Mall, Middlesex, esq, (surviving trustee of the marriage settlement of the said John Hawkins), 1st, and Sir Thomas Gage Saunders Sebright of Beechwood, bart, 2nd, in regard to the sale of a moiety of Markyate Street Farm (Flamstead).
