(1) Thomas Rawlings of Lugwardine co. Herefs., gent.

 

(2) James Roberts late of the Hunthouse, Clodock, now of Llanrothal, co. Herefs., gent, brother and heir of John Roberts late of the Hunthouse, gent, dec., who was eldest son and heir of John Roberts late of the same, gent, dec., by Mary his wife, dec.

 

(3) Thomas Mayo of Hereford, goldsmith.

(2) William Roberts of Abergavenny co. Mon, shoemaker, youngest son of John Roberts and Mary, John Lewis of Longtown, yeo., and Mary his wife, and Thomas Morgan of Old Castle, co. Mon., yeo., and Blanche his wife (which said Mary and Blanche are daus. of John and Mary Roberts.

 

(3) William Prosser of Saint Margarets, co. Herefs., farmer.

 

(4) Thomas Higgins, clerk.

 

Consideration: £84. 10. 0. each to Roberts, Williams and Morgan, and £46. 10. 0. to James Roberts, all paid by Prosser.

 

Messuage or tenmt. where John Pitt and Joseph Prosser did lately inhabit, with all buildings belonging, with all lands belonging (123a.) in Clodock and other lands in Clodock and Walterstone are mortgaged to Prosser.

 

2. Release and Confirmation, 9 May 1752

Further sum of £100 secured on above properties, original term made void, and new term of 1000 yrs. created.

 

3. Assignment 20 November 1755

(2) James Roberts

 

(3) Thomas Rawlings

 

Mortgage assigned to Rawlings on payment of sum of £400.

 

4. Release and Confirmation 20 November 1763

 

(1) James Roberts

Further sum of £200 secured on property.
