(1) Charles Gunter of Cwmyoy, co. Mon., yeo., and Sarah his wife.

 

(2) William Price of Craswall, yeo., and Margery his wife.

 

(3) Henry Marsh of Dunswater, Kington, gent.

 

Reciting earlier mortgage of 1699.

 

Now in consideration of £100 paid to Price, a mortgage is made to Marsh on all that toft or tenement, barn, outhouses and lands called Tire Evan Glandoor, and parcel of land called Kay Pike w. apps. in Longtown, lying between the River Monnow, lands called Penny Lane, Tire Powell Prichard, lands of Elizabeth Gilbert and lands of John Symonds.
