Lease of the tenement and lands called Trelandon in Clodock by Miles Parry of Dulas to Thos.Phillip John of Clodock, John Thomas Phillip his son and Elizabeth, wife of the latter for their lives at a rent of £7 per annum. Witnessed by Wm.Pytt (Wm.Pytt the younger later lived at Trelandon and this deed presumably forms part of his title to the property).
