1. Sir George Cornewall of Moccas Court, bart.

 

2. Charles Amyand Cornewall of London, merchant.

 

3. William Haggard, merchant.

 

They have agreed to form a co-partnership in the trade of merchants and factors for merchants as from 1 January 1806, for 7 years, under the style of Amyand, Cornewall and Co. with a capital of £40,000 of which £20,000 is made up by Sir George Cornewall, £10,000 by Charles Amyand Cornewall, and £10,000 by William Haggard. The business is to be carried on at premises in King's Arms Yard, Coleman Street, London, formerly purchased by Sir George Cornewall and Thomas Amyand out of monies belonging to the then late co-partnership from one Robert Hunter, esq., and his wife.
