(2) Ann Woodhouse of Hereford, widow (and exor. of James Woodhouse, late of Hereford, gent.).

 

(3) Thomas Russell of Hereford, gent., (nephew and heir of Hugh Russell, late of Thruxton, gent.).

 

(4) Benjamin Davies of the Poplands [Whitborne], gent.

 

(5) James Pritchard of Madley, yeoman.

 

Recites Lease and Release (24-25 May 1734); assignments (19 December 1761 and 7 April 1766); will of Hugh Russell (18 March 1765); and court order, including report of Deputy Remembrancer.

 

Consideration: £1850 from (4) to Deputy Remembrancer and £1574 to (1) and (2).

 

[The Exchequer Court] Messuage formerly occupied by Mary Russell the elder and Hugh Russell, and land in Thruxton, Kingston, Allensmore, Clehonger and Treville; messuage and land occupied by Elizabeth Pritchard in Bacton; messuage in Allensmore occupied by Mary Jones; messuage called Blaine Forest in Clodock, occupied by Hugh Russell. Also all other messuages and land of Mary and Hugh Russell in the above locations.

 

With extract of will (29 July 1782) of (5); extract of will (12 September 1803) and copy burial certificate of John Pritchard of Chilstone, Madley, farmer.
