Regarding £1000 Bank £3% Consolidated annuities for the benefit of Edward Hall, son of Marianne Hall, late of Sotley Cottage near Brockenhurst, now of Petonringer (?) near Sarum, Wiltshire (born 22 April 1823) 13 September 4 George IV, 1823 (i) John Morant of Brockenhurst House esquire (ii) Richard Smith of Basinghall Street, London, gentleman, George Rickards of London, gentleman and Frederick Morton of White Hart Court, Greenchurch Street, London, merchant (ii) Shall hold stock on trust during the joint lives of (i) and Edward Hall, until the latter is 21, to invest all the interest if (i) dies before Edward Hall is 21, then from (i)'s death during Edward Hall's minority, trustees shall use some of the interest for his maintenance and education When Edward Hall is 21 the principal shall be paid to him; if he dies during his minority, the interest shall be paid to his mother for life If Edward Hall dies during his minority, the principal shall be paid to (i) subject only to Marianne Hall's interest Endorsed are various statements of dividends which have accrued on the principal |
