According to Kelly's Directories of Essex , 1878-1937, the Ongar Petty Sessional Division comprised the following Parishes for this period:

 

Abbess Roding, Beauchamp Roding, Berners Roding, Blackmore, Boddingworth, Fyfield, Greenstead-juxta-Ongar, Kelvedon Hatch, High Laver, Little Laver, Magdalen Laver, Morton, Navestock, Norton Mandeville, Chipping Ongar, High Ongar, Shelley, Shellow Bowells, Stanford rivers, Stapleford Abbots, Stapleford Tawney, Stondon Massey, Willingale Doe, Willingale Spain. The parish of Lambourne is listed as part of the Ongar Division for 1878-1890. From 1895-1937 Lambourne is listed under the Epping Division [P/E]

 

On 1st January 1968 the new Epping and Ongar Petty Sessional Division was created [see P/En]
