At the court of Beaurep' [Belper] held there Thursday 4 May 23 Henry VII, surrender by John Elestones, of croft in Beaurep' lying between the messuage called le Presthowse and the messuage of Thomas Elestones, to the use of Roger Gregory and his heirs, whence the first proclamation was made without claim ("sine reclam"); at court held at Wyndeley on 25 May a second proclamation was made without claim, and at court held at Turndiche, Thursday in the week of Pentecost [15 June], upon a third proclamation without claim, Roger was admitted to the croft. Entry fine 4d.
