Appeal of John Paull and James Ennor, occupiers of land and properties in St Agnes, against a rate made 13 July 1789 by John Tregellas and Nicholas Donnithorne, pretending to be churchwardens, and Charles Batt and Ralph Houghton, pretending to be overseers of St Agnes, and allowed by John Thomas and Thomas Vyvyan, esqs, justices, on 13 July, and published in the church on 2 August; James Petit Andrew, esq., only surviving trustee of John Enys, esq., a minor under 21, is omitted to be rated; also Nicholas Donnithorne is omitted to be rated: rate quashed, subject to opinion of King's Bench.
