Deed of revocation and limitation (lease and release).

 

(1) Sam. Percivall late of Pendarves, now of Clifton, Gloucester, esq., and w. Grace; (2) Joseph Percivall of Bristol, esq.; (3) Wm. Phillips of Redruth, gent., and Jn. Heylyn of Bristol, merchant.

 

Recites: Marriage settlement of 27 Oct. 1736 of (1) Grace Coster wid. of Rob. C. decd., and only sister and heir of Sir Wm. Pendarves, decd; (2) Sam. Percivall of Bristol, merchant; (3) Rob. Hoblyn, esq., now decd; (4) Thos. Coster, bro. and heir of Rob. Coster, and Joseph Percivall Rob. H. and Thos. C. now both decd., Joseph P. being sole surviving trustee

 

(1) with consent of (2) revoke deed of settlement and grant to (2) and (5) as new trustees:

 

Property in Treslothan, Helleggan, Illogan, Redruth, Gwennap, St. Agnes, Crowan, Gwinear, Camborne and Gwithian, which Grace inherited from her brother Wm. P., decd.

 

(1) to receive revenues and profits for lives, then to use of Jn., 2nd s. of Rev. Wm. Stackhouse, of Trehane for 99 yrs. or life of Jn. S., then to his sons; in default, to Wm. Rev. Wm. Stackhouse's eldest s., and his heirs; then to Mary; dau. of Rev. Wm. Stackhouse, and her heirs; then to Cath., another dau; then to Hugh Rogers of Helston, esq., and his eldest s. Jn. R.

 

Also Grace's tin bounds in Illogan, Camborne, Crowan, Wendron and Kenwyn (except Pendarves lands in North Downs) to uses as above.
