Lease for term of grantor's life

 

Joan Arundell, lady of a moiety of Lodeswill manor = (1)

 

Maud Bakeres and Hamund Bakere her son = (2)-(3)

 

(1) to (2)-(3), a messuage with a curtilage and a small field (parcus) adjacent, in le Wilstrete in Lodeswill vill, formerly held by Walter Cook de Plymmuth; for (2)-(3) and John Heruy to hold of (1) for term of (1)'s life. Rent 3s 4d yearly at 4 terms, of which 7½d is for their [days'] work; plus suit of (1)'s court at Lodeswill and suit of multure at her mill, for all services except a best beast as heriot; tenants to maintain the property. If any of them has to contribute to a common amercement of the tenantry or tithingman, it shall count towards their rent. Warranty.
