One capon yearly One harvest journey or 4d. Heriot of one best beast or £3 6s. 8d. on death of tenant Covenants To do common suit to the court and mill of the manor To act as reeve if so elected To act as a tenant of the manor To repair and maintain the property Within the space of two years, (2) to new-build such decayed and ruinated houses as are upon the property, at his own expense (2) shall not re-let without licence from (1), unless it is to his wife or children |
