Joan Osborne, widow, Richard her son and Margaret Osborne, daughter of Anthony Osborne = (2)-(4)

 

Consideration: £3 10s paid by (2) in name of a fine. (1) to (2)-(4), a workshop or house (officina sive domus) in Laworan (parish of St Goran), currently held by (2) at the lord's will; for (2)-(4) to hold for term of their lives. Rent 16d yearly at 4 terms, plus suit of court in the manor of Nansladron, paying arrears, 3s 4d as heriot or farleu, and all other suits and services as other conventionary tenants do; tenants to maintain the property. Warranty. Appointment of Edward Wyll and Sampson Roberte as attorneys to deliver seisin.
