(16 Hen VII); at Lanhaddron Lease for term of 90 years John Arundell, knight = (1) John Hawys = (2) (1) to (2), all his messuages, etc., in Bossewe, and 2 closes in Lanhaddron called 'le Crosse Parkys', lying on the east side of the town of Bossewe, all currently held of (1) by (2); also pasture for 1 ox or cow in (1)'s park of Lanhaddron, as allowance of a certain parcel of land of Bossewe town (in allocacione quedam parcell' terre vill' de Bossewe); for (2) to hold of (1) for term of 90 years. Rent 35s 6d yearly at the 4 terms usual in (1)'s manor of Lanhaddron; tenant to maintain the property, at his own expense, except that (1) shall deliver sufficient timbers, elms and ashes (sufficient' maeremios ulnos & fraxinos) for repairs, at Lanhaddron by view of the parker; plus all services, heriot and farleu as other tenants of the manor do.
